PES/Viscose Blend
for Comfort & Stability
We have developed a new interlining made of 75% polyester and 25% viscose with HDPE powder coating.
The 3319CVEL‑102 is a one-sided fusible interlining developed for garments that require reliable shape retention while maintaining a soft, natural hand feel. Typical applications include shirt collars, cuffs, blouses, women’s jackets, washable blazers, and uniforms.

- Soft, natural hand feel due to the viscose content
- Balanced stability and flexibility (PES/viscose blend)
- Good elasticity in the weft direction for improved comfort
- Strong bonding & washing resistance (HDPE coating)
APPLICATION
Shirt collars & cuffs, Blouses / Jackets (women) / Washable blazers / Uniforms etc.
To achieve the best possible results, we recommend conducting specific washing, fusing, and dyeing tests on the actual fabric before starting bulk production.

Bias-Cut Tapes
Our Bias-Cut Tapes are made using a bias-cut technique, providing superior flexibility and enhanced conformity compared to traditional straight-cut tapes. This allows for smooth application on plackets, cuffs, cuff bindings, or as seam reinforcements, improving both the quality and durability of garments. It also helps prevent moiré effects. Available in cotton, polyester, or blended compositions, the Tapes offer versatile options to suit a wide range of garment needs.

Antibacterial Interlining
Our new Top Fuse interlining article 3660ABX, made from 100% cotton with a weight of 230 g/m², offers exceptional comfort with a soft, rich, and luxurious handfeel.
In traditional Arabic thobes, this new product development is generally only applied to the front placket, where its smooth texture enhances both appearance and comfort. Its dimensionally stable structure, antibacterial finish, and mold-preventing properties ensure lasting freshness, durability, and a premium look.
