WENDLER’S CUTTING SERVICE

With our in-house cutting service, we can offer you customized solutions that are specifically made to your requirements. Whether you need precise collar, cuff, and placket parts or other cutting services, we are at your service with our expertise and modern technology.

Overview of our services:

Die-Cuts: With our automatic punching machines, we can cut products in high volumes exactly to your specifications.
Cutter: Precise cuts in almost any shape with minimal waste thanks to our modern technology and CAD support.
Narrow rolls-cutting service: Millimetre-precise cutting of roll goods with a maximum width of 180 cm to the desired slice thickness of up to a minimum of 6 mm.
Specialized offers: We can cut for customers from the entire textile and clothing sector. Protective masks (including FFP 2), orthoses, fleece underlays/reinforcements, felts, leather, various technical materials, etc. are now part of our operational business.

Die-Cuts

With two 25 t kart bar punching automatons, we can punch various high-volume products precisely to size. We carry out the work in a waste-optimized and efficient manner. At the same time, we can also produce medium-quantities parts for you with our lifting table punches.

Cutter

With a 10 metre long and 1.80-metre-wide laying table, to which a cutter with an oscillating knife is connected, we can cut almost any shape with minimal waste. Our CAD department will be glad to realize your cuts and shapes.

Narrow roll-cutting service

Using a rotating circular blade, we cut rolled goods with a maximum width of 180 cm to the desired slice thickness of up to a minimum of 6 mm. We can cut narrow roll widths with millimetre precision.
