Bio-based coating
Our Bio-Based (“BB”) coating is an innovative copolyamide made with 60% renewable content and certified under ASTM D6866.
Developed for delicate fabrics, our Bio-Based coating fuses at lower temperatures, helping save energy while protecting sensitive fabrics. It offers a sustainable alternative to 100% fossil-based coatings for eco-conscious brands and manufacturers.
Bio-Based Degradable Coating
Introducing our bio-based copolyester coating, made with 95% renewable content and certified under ASTM D6866. It delivers strong, reliable bonding strength and maintains good washing results at 40 °C.
The coating is biodegradable up to 90%. Thus, making it an excellent option for sustainability-focused brands and manufacturers. The coating works well with our current cotton lines DV and 3600.
